Kerwinski was an experienced tour manager for over a decade. He managed superstars like Michael Jackson and Tina Turner. In 2000 he suffered from depression. Mario called him on a rainy day and asked him to be No Angels' manager. No Angels were starting their career before the release of "Daylight In Your Eyes". George didn't really want to be part of it, but he gave it a try and arranged an event for the newborn band at the Munich Park Café. Sandy, Nadja, Jessica, Vanessa and Lucy were newcomers and didn't know who he was. The Angels were introduced to George for a moment and then had to go to the next programs - of course with the camera crew behind them. If the No Angels missed, or couldn’t get their stuff together, the tour manager had to get them. George taught them how to operate on tour and at various events. While the tour went on, the Angels got skilled and as Kerwinski states, they werent no longer young girls, they turned into "young women". Every tour got full booked and fans started to stalk and follow the No Angels everywhere they were. Sometimes it escalated to the point where he and the team had to get doppelgangers and had to remove fans who went earlier to the tour to get signed autographs.
